The Rag Trade

An old British situation comedy from the early 1960s. The workers want a pay rise to cover the increase in the cost of their essentials. Sheila Hancock lifts up her skirt and says "you can't get a slip worth showing for under a pound." Brilliant sentiment, a slip worth showing. Her slip most certainly was well worth showing.
