As the link below the stills suggest these are from a German TV programme 'Die Lieben Verwandten' and the lady in black lingerie is Tina Ruland. I think the title would translate as 'The Dear Relatives', it went out in 1991 with 26 episodes. I could only find reference to the main characters, Tina Ruland was one of 3 females. The woman in the white fullslip doesn't have to be one of the regular cast and I haven't found any photos of her labelled by character name or actress. There is a photo of Daniela Ziegler, one of the other lead females, which I think looks like the same woman. For me it is Daniela Ziegler.
