I'm trying to convince my girlfriend to a standard 4th of July dress up.
She should wear a red top, with a short or knee length blue (jean) skirt or dress coupled with a white slip.
Also acceptable blue shorts with white panties .
To be honest though I don't think she even own a slip.
So its just a dream.
