The Feminine Touch 1956

A British film from Ealing Studios about young ladies training to be nurses.
At just under six minutes in three students are changing into their nurses uniforms. Delphi Lawrence leads the way unbuttoning the jacket of her suit to reveal the bodice of a tightly-fitting, pale blue fullslip. The camera stays on her as she takes her skirt off and after a moment away is back in time to see her remove her jacket. There is some lace around the bust, narrow straps, Delphi walks around the dormitory in her slip spraying perfume; as she walks past a mirror we get our only glimpse of the hem, I would so love to have seen more of it; a few layers of pink creating a deep hem that spreads out. Meanwhile Belinda Lee has removed her dress out of shot, we see her pulling her uniform together, over her white, possibly pale pink, fullslip, and buttoning it up. Over her shoulder Adrienne Corri is in a similar stage of dressing, her beige fullslip being covered up without seeing much of it. Two new students arrive in the dorm, Delphi greets them so that the camera is back on her as she pulls her uniform up to the waist. After the new girls say hello the camera is back on Ms Lawrence putting her arm into the first sleeve, behind her Belinda and Adrienne are still doing up buttons with some slip on show. There are further glimpses as Delphi Lawrence pulls her black stockings up. Henryetta Edwards and Barbara Archer also have to get changed, a few glimpses there. A scene of about three minutes.

About 17 minutes in our 5 nurses are in a bathroom, they all take off their stockings to sit on the sides off the bath to soak their feet. Delphi Lawrence has beige lace peeking below her uniform. Short scene.
