The Anniversary 1968

Strange film enlightened by one all too brief scene about 6 minutes in. Fella calls at a florists, the door is locked. From behind we see the florist, Sally-Jane Spencer, go to unlock the door. The shape of her dress or maybe the way that it hung had me thinking she could have something interesting underneath. She let's the fella in, as she knows he is picking up something he ordered previously and heads to a pair of step-ladders. I'm hoping the camera will follow her up the steps to allow the viewer to look up her dress. Unfortunately the camera stays with nothing lower than her back in shot. That is until she stretches for the basket on the shelf when it suddenly drops to below the hem of her dress where there is quite a lot of lace on show, possibly pale blue possibly lilac. There is just a little bit on show as the florist comes down the steps and heads for the counter.
