First saw the William Castle Homicidal (1961) many years ago and this scene got my attention, bit dark but nice slip.

I don't recall seeing this episode of 'The Saint'. I did try keeping an eye on that programme but was never rewarded with anything as good as your caps

According to IMBD Sue Lloyd played 'Luella' in an episode of 'The Saint' entitled 'Luella' in 1964 S2. E19
She also played a different character, 'Marla Clayton', in 'Island of Chance' 1967 S5.E22
