Experiment in Terror 1962

b/w crime thriller. It was scheduled in a 2hr 30mins slot with adverts. I missed quite a lot at the start.
At about 2 hours in:
A ne'er do well abducts Stefanie Powers. To make it more difficult for her to escape he takes her skirt and jumper, leaving her in lace-hemmed half-slip and bra. Difficult to say what colour the slip was.
